ClawLess

A serverless AI agent.

Let's Talk

Nowadays in China, more and more people are getting caught up in an OpenClaw craze (a kind of shrimp-raising craze 🦐). I’m not sure whether this is really a good thing.

To me, OpenClaw is simply a mix of Claude Code and Manus. Once the initial excitement fades, most people end up using it only for simple tasks—like chatting, setting reminders, or asking a few questions.

But OpenClaw requires fairly powerful hardware. Some people run OpenClaw locally on their computers and connect it to their IM apps just so it can help organize the day’s news. Others even buy servers and spend time deploying everything—only to end up using it to post a tweet.

That really doesn’t seem worth it.

So for lightweight needs, I created ClawLess. It runs on free platforms, is easy to configure, and can be used for online conversations.

I also built ClawLess to show that creating an agent isn’t actually that complicated—at least when it comes to a simple one.

I am a college student. If you are interested in me, you can hire me.

Special thanks to Vercel and Codex.

Thanks to OpenClaw, AI-SDK, Chat-SDK, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and all the other amazing open-source projects that made this possible.

No thanks to Claude, because it's racist to Chinese.

This is a Vibe Coding project. 🚀
